              | Seth Dawson Award: Given for service to children's welfare
Mr. Seth Dawson, former Snohomish County Prosecuting Attorney, worked with other child advocates to envision a way for children at risk of violence or abuse to seek help. Mr. Dawson was one of Open Door Theatre's founders in 1983, and continues to serve as an advisory board member. Seth Dawson's Children Award is given periodically to an individual or agency who works with intelligence, compassion, and tenacity on behalf of young victims of abuse, or violence. contact us to request the forms to nominate a child advocate or agency for the Seth Dawson Award.
